Returns & Refunds Policy – Pre-Packed Electrical Cables
1. General Returns Policy
At Integrated Packhouse Solutions (IPS), we are committed to supplying quality pre-packed
electrical cables and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of electrical products,
all returns and refund requests are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Customers are required to inspect their order upon delivery and notify us of any issues within
the specified timeframes.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be considered for return if:
* The incorrect product was supplied by IPS.
* The product arrived damaged or defective.
* The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
* The product differs materially from the description provided on our platform.

To qualify for a return:
* The customer must notify IPS within 7 days of receiving the product.
* The cable packaging, labels, and product must be unused, unopened, and in its original
condition.
* Proof of purchase must be provided.
* The product must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
* Cable that has been cut, installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
* Products with removed, damaged, or tampered packaging or labels.
* Products purchased incorrectly due to customer error (for example, incorrect cable size,
length, or specification selected).
* Custom-branded or personalised pre-packed cables produced specifically for a customer or
retailer.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product:
* Please notify IPS within 48 hours of delivery.
* Provide photographs of the packaging, product, labels, and any visible damage.
* IPS will investigate and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for a claim.

5. Refund Process
Once a returned product has been received and inspected:
* Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
* Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
* Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by IPS or a confirmed
product defect.
6. Replacement of Products
Where applicable, IPS may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. Replacement items
will only be dispatched once the returned product has been received and approved.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an IPS error or
a confirmed manufacturing defect.
* Products must be returned using a traceable delivery method.
* IPS is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transportation.
8. Quality Assurance
All pre-packed cables supplied by IPS undergo quality checks before dispatch. Customers are
encouraged to verify cable specifications, length, and suitability before placing an order.
